1. Assignment. Assignor hereby irrevocably assigns to Assignee all right, title, and interest
   worldwide in and to any work product created for Assignee related to FIGHURAI, fighur.ai,
   the FIGHURAI Colors browser extension, branding, documentation, and related materials
   (the "Work"), including copyrights, trade secrets, and all intellectual property rights.

2. Work made for hire. To the extent permitted by law, the Work is a "work made for hire"
   for Assignee. If any Work is not a work made for hire, the assignment in Section 1 applies.

3. Moral rights. Assignor waives any moral rights to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Further assurances. Assignor will sign documents reasonably requested to perfect Assignee's
   ownership.

5. Compensation. Consideration for this assignment is: $______ / other: ______________
